how long does it takes to get in once on the waiting list

I'm looking for shelter for me and my grandson

Im on the house of ruth waiting list its shelter

I don't know,but I was attended to prompt, office was clean, now I am put on hold,so have to go and see other places, one cannot just depend on one ,you have to explore all possibilities and whatever suits you,you will automatically get into that, but one thing I am very firm,I do jot want crazy experience of NY shelter with all its grime filth fights stench nonsense, decent educated people need shelter too because of certain problems created by crazed heads.
