Is this located inside of the Walt Disney world park? Do I have to pay admission to both parks if so?

It is located on Disney property, but you can get to the gift shop without going through the gates. The only things beyond the gates are the soccer/baseball fields... baseball stadium and basketball arena (HP Fieldhouse)...etc. The restaurant is really the only non-competion thing beyond the gates.
