We do require payment up front and provide you with any needed invoices or health records for reimbursement from your insurance company of choice. Typically they will accept the invoice from you and email us if they need more information, like a health history or medical notes.

Pet insurance works a bit differently from people insurance. With pet insurance there are not 'out of network' providers, you pay the vet clinic in-full and directly just as you would without insurance and then later submit the claim to your insurance company for reimbursement.
