They are very overrun by kittens and puppies right now and are asking for help finding homes or fosters for the ones they have. I'm sure they will take them but not sure if they will end up euthanized if they can't find homes for them quickly. It's probably best that you try to rehome them yourself first.
Call the shelter. This area is not monitored by places but where others answer basic questions to help. No one can answer you except shelter people. Your cats might come back if you put their litter box outside OR if you have a crate put the kits out to call Momma home. Good luck.
