Are your phones working? I've called 5 times waiting on hold for roughly 6 minutes at a time but nobody answers.

I don't believe this is a result of Hurricane Irma as I have had the same phone experience with this Pei Wei location several times before.

Nope... Not the Hurricane is the problem... About a week or too before the hurricane they answered to take my order after about 35 minutes on hold... That's how they run that place

May be they still have problems with phone service post Irma issues... I called to make sure same thing. Good luck.
