This Location was very Rude to me. As I was asking questions about getting an vegan option of one of there meals .Altamonte springs location. Will never Return and will advise don't go there if you want kind Service.

I had a different experience, another visit might be in order to see if all the staff is rude. But I highly doubt it.

Sometimes a way of act. Or a response. By someone that is not yourself. May seem rude. Ignorant. More so if is a foreign language person. I believe that your experience was not interpret fully and I had great experience myself with many staff. One thing I do agree on is they have no personality. But can you blame them working at a job serving food? Instead of ruining you. Make the best of the situation. Open up. Speak your mind. Asking for vegan at a Chinese restaurant? Come on wake up. It's like Asking five guys for a vegan pattie. Enough.
