The same pond that had a major fish kill has another. The dead fish in the pind are white like last time. How do you find out what is being pumped into it and by whom? City of fort collins is use less in answering. Greeley owns the water.

Algae causes the fish to turn white? And have a chemical smell? Interesting.

Montana Rey | Apr 30, 2019

It's the algae causing them to die, it's using all the oxygen in water causing the fish to suffocate

Well its not surprising that fort collins can't help if greeley owns it. I would assume its cattle based, being that its in greeley. Have you tried contacting greeley?
