Don't ask the County they won't do anything..
clean it up and throw them out
The county will make them clean it and if they don't clean it they will send out a service to clean the mess, however you as the land owner gets charged, not the Tennant. From there you then have to recover your fees from the imposition from your tennent
You have a service come in, and up there rent. Before doing any of above, have them SIGN a renter's agreement, to include yard service and additional charge being added to rent.
If they r ur tenants verbally confront them or give them a written warning. If its not already n their lease revise it to where it is
