You can buy a certificate for them. For neutering a dog it depends on the weight, will make the price vary. It's roughly between 55 n 100 I think. They work with I think three different vets offices with this. And also, that just covers the surgery, if you want IV you pay extra for that. It's still usually cheaper then going straight through the vet. Human society may be cheaper.
I know they don't do it there but you can go to dog rescue on oleander off midway trust me both place works for the animals rescue dogs do everything to help on the premises
That don't neuter there. They give you a certificate for neutering at a veterinarian. Yes they will neuter a 7 month old. Animal control also gives certificates; one animal per year, per household.
