If its under a year old from your purchase date then definitely take it to best buy, other then that you probably will have to deal with Samsung or a third party.
Depends what's the issue... but i assume you can go to best buy. Or, just go to your phone company...

If it's been less than a year since you purchased it, repairs are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If not, did you purchase an extended warranty for it? If you did, it'll be covered under that warranty. If not, you'll have to pay for any repairs. Whatever your warranty situation is, go to Geek Squad at Best Buy, they can help you.
