Talk to the manager. I am sure the company will make sure you are satisfied. I have had great success in dealing with Best Buy.
You should go in and speak to a manager and ask about your check. Typically when you call they they just give you the run around and nothing gets done
Expect at least twenty business days before being mailed and another three to get to you.
Call customer service and they should be able to update you on the progress
When dealing with businesses sometimes it can take at least 10 business days to 30, depending on the company policy. I would call their cusyomer service & ask.
