Is the food here truly authentic? Like not the American version of Mexican food, truly Mexican food. Such as you would get in Mpls. or St.Paul?????

It's owned and operated by a Hispanic couple. The food is truly authentic.

It is a good mixture of authentic and Americanized.

I haven't had any in the cities. But, I would rate this place well above other Mexican restaurants west of the cities. It's a family atmosphere, quick and prompt service.
