Honestly horrible I arrived at the hotel around 330 am we had a set reservation for a room there was no worker to help us or anything we sat there for 2 hours and didn’t see a single worker we called and called and called no answer people couldnt even pay for there stay because no staff was present this happened Friday July 8th

Positive: The indoor pool was nice. It was located close to everything. The hotel was clean overall and quiet. Negative: The wifi continually shut off and disconnected. Due to summer travel and staff shortages I assumed there was no room service. Trash wasn't taken every day and I had to ask for clean towels after a couple of days.

Terrible experience. No heat in our room during a COLD MN winter! No fix, no solution. Manager blamed me for not checking out. They then charged my card, and when I called the next day and again the next week to follow up - still no call back. DO NOT stay here.

Positive: Have stayed in several motels this year and found this one was a better one than some of the others. Location, room location, the staff was friendly & informative, the pool area was big [all pluss'] Decent morning breakfast as well. Negative: Not too much to add here. Just a better set up for us than some of the other places, we have stayed at.
