Left my feedback through their customer service section online and will update this review based on their response. Quick 411: Got seated right away, ordered and paid right away so we could leave right away if needed (2 children with me), kids got food, took them to the bathroom, table nearly cleared when we returned despite informing both trainee and trainer we would be back, my food didn't come out until I requested they please check on it being my kids were almost finished with their meal, told table was getting cleared because staff saw a receipt, was offered new waters but nothing said abouty kids stacked trays they wanted to finish and my absence of a meal, had to catch a movie we had planned so got my meal to go and eating it 4 hours later. UPDATE: Guest relations emailed me this morning (next day) and apologized offering me 1500 blazing points on my account. I don't have an account and not interested in the marketing messages you have to opt in for.

Buffalo Wild Wings here in my local town of Monticello, is one of my favorite restaurants. The atmosphere is more on the chaotic side since it's a bar and restaurant. While sitting inside you can hear the hum of conversations, a baby's whine, and the buzzers from the kitchen getting all the food made. While looking around you can see the old ripped booth seats on the far wall, take a glimpse up and you'll see 20 TVs showing off different sports games, or the waitresses frantically running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The fries are on the thinner side but as you pick them up you can feel how crispy they are. You can see how nicely coated in seasoning the fries are too. The burgers have a nice gloss to them as you receive it. You can see the grease dripping down onto the plate, the lettuce, cheese, tomato, and onion have a nice combination with the crisp of the onion and the watery lettuce while you taste the cheese. It is nice and warm and you can feel the flavors dancing together on your tongue. While only costing 9$ the boneless wings are a great option. They give you the opportunity to customize them and make them your own by choosing a sauce out of the 16 sauces and 5 dry rub options. The wings are drowned in the sauce so they have a savory flavor. So, if your stomach has been yelling at you for the last 20 minutes, then you should definitely try out Buffalo Wild Wings.

Hadn't been here in a while, but had a great experience tonight! Our server, Felicia was very friendly and engaging! Our food came out fast and was very good. Very happy we decided to dine-in!

Been here many many times. At lunch I usually sit in the bar area. Kim the bartender is great but sometimes has a few too many tables. During dinner I’m there generally with my family and service has been very good. Since the pandemic this location takes much longer to get food to your table but we’ve just built that in when we go.
