Ordered the garlic knots. Can't understand why they wouldn't line their box with aluminum foil? All the melted butter was on the bottom of box and leaked right thru the cardboard. Glad it was sitting on top of the pizza box. The pizza tasted good but the crust was soggy and under cooked..

I always have a positive experience with this papa John's and i always like to goof around and always mess with the drivers though the ring doorbell and this time I left a message for the driver to grab a redbox movie in the drivers instructions haha why not we don't know what kind of days these people are having and why not try to make someone smile but the delivery driver had a awesome sense of humor about it I'm sure they are like this guy again lol my kids laugh every time and say I'm a giant kid haha but like always great food super fast and awesome service thanks papa John's crew

Every time I order from here the wings get a bit smaller. Based upon the dimensional trends I currently suspect an order of tiny hard boiled eggs with ranch dressing will soon arrive with my pizza. Good pizza.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. After being incredibly disappointed after they first opened (3 hours for soggy pizza), I decided to give them another try hoping they got in the groove of things. 15 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be delivered, they called to say they were out of one of the toppings I had ordered. When asked how long it would be for the rest of the order he said it'd be another 20 minutes. Now my whole family is hungry and we will continue to go to the many other pizza options around Monticello.
