We had tires put on our truck last year and received the WORST customer service from Matt! Today I went in and wanted tires for my car, and an oil change and again, he was extremely rude! The gal that was helping me needed to ask him a question and it was like it was the end of the world for him. In a grumpy tone he said it will be awhile. I said, fine, I will just go somewhere else. She said ok. I then went to the General Manager and expressed my concern about how rude Matt was. Well that was a complete waste of time. He did not care. Which is ok, I took my business elsewhere and will never return to Fleet Farm for anything. They were over priced anyways.

As a disabled person it is difficult to get around store with electric cart. It just doesn't fit. Merchandise in aisle making it difficult to make turns down aisles. I'm not able to shop clothing because of this. I still really like fleet farm though.

Very good service for such a big store. The deals are usually pretty decent. Tons of selections. Way better then the competition around in the area.

Great store. Very clean and typically enough cashiers that there's little if any wait to get through. Typical pricing. Helpful and knowledgeable employees when individual help is needed. ...and some sort of food truck is almost always in the parking lot!
