So I am originally from Rhode Island when we went to the DMV for any reason it was usually a whole day’s process. I got there at 8am was out by 8:04am renewed registration for 3 cars. They are always smiling and pleasant to deal with so the service I have always received here is appreciated to say the very least.

2022 update: (3/5) They moved to a new bldg in Monticello. Still a long line, but it moved quicker and there's more room to wait inside instead of outside. 2021: (2/5) Plan for a long wait. Extremely slow & understaffed. Almost always a long line out the door now. I was there on a Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. & it took 1 hour to get a duplicate title. Not sure what happened because this used to be a good place to go for licensing. Set up for five windows but there's usually only two open. So not enough workers but also the ones that are there are in slow motion.Do whatever you can online if possible.

I deal with the DMV for work quite often. The people that work here are so friendly and helpful. It's honestly the only DMV office I have ever been to where I'm treated with common decency. Not only that but just downright friendly attitudes and helpful people. Awesome!
