The National Park pass -- I am guessing actually the "America the Beautiful" Pass -- does not apply for admission at most developed recreation areas in the US Forest Service, which includes Juniper Springs. However, Juniper Springs campground does offer half off camping rates to the holders of America the Beautiful Senior and Access passes. Unfortunately, the array of federal recreation passes is confusing and their applicability is often not well explained where they are sold.
I think its a natl forest.... Need all access pass?
