Around the edges 4 to 5 foot it has a concrete ledge running around it that is about 2 foot that you can sit on with small children and let them watch the small minnows swim around the edges and steps out towards the middle it gets deeper but you can stand around the edges comfortably
It's more than 12. I deep dive and it was tough for me to get to the bottom. I would say the deepest is close to 30' but shallow is around 10 - 12
