One hour is enough time to arrive at the airport. The problem in getting there is traffic if you live far away like Naples. I always add time for that.
One hour was enough time for us to get checked in and eat something while waiting.
I normally give myself an hour when flying out from there.
We flew out on July 4th, and we were through to the gate in under 25 mins. One hour or so should be plenty on most days, but allow extra just in case or if you have a large party.
Depends on how many other flights are going out and what time of day...its a small airport so 1 hour should be enough
