They recommend being there 2 hrs before your flight. It depends on it you checked in ahead of time online.
I would give it 1 1/2 hours. There is usually a line if you are checking bags and TSA is SLOW.
Yes one hour is plenty because the airport is so small
We traveled twice recently through Punta Gorda. The first trip we were only an hour early and got hung up at security. We ended up only 15 mins to boarding. The second time we waited a full 2 hours. I personally would recommend 1 and a half hours.
Sometimes they board and leave early so I would recommend 1 1/2 hours before. My daughter got left one time bc the plane took off 45 minutes early
