I've only ever been there for events and parking has been free.
It depends if the host arranges to pre-pay for parking. If so, it will be no additional charge. If not, it will be $10.
Usually the event planner arranges for free parking for guests. I have been to evening events and most parking garages downtown charge a 10 dollar flat fee for after 5 pm parking. There is also SunTrust and City garage parking across the street. Hope this helps
