I LOVE this venue. A friend of mine was married here a few years ago, and I see why she loved it. The team really built trust quickly by how efficient they are in their planning. They confirmed our tour several times beforehand and also provided us a custom quote based on the information I was able to provide before hand- it was wonderful to have that in our inbox before hand and they gave us a physical copy in hand when we walked in. I was able to right notes, suggestions and ideas and it was so helpful. If you’re a “Bridechilla”, and haven’t thought much about exactly what you want - I highly recommend this place. They didn’t make me feel dumb about how little thought I had put into my wedding until now, and they had great suggestions. Kathryn, was just wonderful through our tour and was very clear in the process and pricing. She literally answered questions before I even had to ask, and I can tell that she and the owners just want to be fair and flexible in helping us make our day special. We basically left today with a high level schedule of the day, which is making my planning effort SOOO MUCH EASIER. She unknowingly put my stress at ease of planning this wedding and I love that their packages really include everything we needed and more. I cannot wait to have my wedding here and to continue working with Kathryn on my very simple yet elegant expectations for our big day.I felt really lost about my wedding until today, and couldn’t wait to share the amazing customer care we received.
