Very impolite & the man hung up on me after I asked him why he was being rude to me & the lady at the desk was literally screaming at me. Very nasty people. I will never do business with them again.

It's my guess your car was impounded for DUI or a drug-related felony I can't see why they would be rude to you unless you were rude to them I have known this company for over 20 years and would recommend them to anyone
