Had a issue happen my tv leg just broke and my tv that i had from them that currently still payin for fell off the entertainment center and busted i called and asked if there was a extra charge for fixing or the extra insurance thats taken with the payment pays to fix it the manager said absolutely not that if i wanted he can add another tv and i can pay for a 3rd but that theres no way they could help me with the broken tv that leg malfunction and broke so im not happy nothing was resolved im still stuck payin for a tv thats broken that truthfully sucks and i dont think i will be purchasing anything else from aarons again think ill go back to rent a center or happys least if something' brakes there they fix it
