No it's open to just walk through but there are people there to tell you things if you want
Beginning in November, 2022, we will begin offering private museum tours. There is a fee for the tour and it includes a climb to the top of the Port Boca Grande Lighthouse. More details to come. No, Just walk in and check it out. There are many different artifacts and posters explaining history and interesting facts. When we went there a month ago, there was a women there who did a show and tell with my kids showing shells, animal teeth and bones They became Beach Ambassadors with their newly learned knowledge. Nice gift shop too.
