The food may be good , but everyone that works there is dumb as a box of rocks , including the manager
It had to go back on my card, we loved coming there but unless the matter is taken care of we won't be back, I don't like being taken advantage of and lied to.
I would have pointed out his mistake out earlier than after the fact. I'm sure it wasn't intentional. Winghouse certainly could not have stayed in business this long if they treated customers this way on a regular basis. And what really matters to me... How was the food!?!?
It can take usually 7 to 10 buisness days to get the refund if it had to go back on your card. Just give it a little time. I had to refund a few customers before and my previous job. It takes a while because it's to different banks.
