I was in on the 1st and there was a problem with my bill, the manager deleted that bill and gave me a corrected bill but I was charged for the one that he was supposed to have deleted. I won't be back if that is how you treat your customers.

It had to go back on my card, we loved coming there but unless the matter is taken care of we won't be back, I don't like being taken advantage of and lied to.

I would have pointed out his mistake out earlier than after the fact. I'm sure it wasn't intentional. Winghouse certainly could not have stayed in business this long if they treated customers this way on a regular basis. And what really matters to me... How was the food!?!?

It can take usually 7 to 10 buisness days to get the refund if it had to go back on your card. Just give it a little time. I had to refund a few customers before and my previous job. It takes a while because it's to different banks.
