Absolutely do not go here unless you have 3 hours to sit and do nothing. Food mediocre at best and 2 hours to get a wrap REALLY. And I should mention this was lunch and almost empty and and I see why. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Worst experience ever. And I actually used to work here so to leave a bad review you can imagine it was a bad time . We were greeted by the buser who seemed to be the only one doing anything. Yes it was football Sunday but it wasn’t even that busy. And poor scheduling on the manager because the staff scheduled clearly can’t handle a Sunday game day. They were weak and in attentive. We were told to sit anywhere and we sat there for 15 minutes being passed several times by the servers with no acknowledgement. The red head was so focused on changing the tv for a guest which is what preoccupied her for the entire duration of us waiting. The black hair girl with the thigh tattoo Taylor I think I heard her name was stood at the bar for the whole time she passed us the most making eye contact everytime I was sure she was coming back to take our order. But nope never did. Another couple came in before us and we’re greeted right away by the blonde in the bucs jersey. I know what it’s like to be weeded and I know it’s hard to make everyone happy but they didn’t even try. The red head also made eye contact it takes nothing to pass by and say I will be right back. So we don’t feel completely ignored. No manager was in sight and plenty of tables were empty. So this was unacceptable. We left and went to hooters which was completely packed inside and out. But organized we were promptly greeted by the manager who assured us we will be seated quickly and the hostess who offered us to sit at another table not often used. The atmosphere was alive with game day excitement and staff performed perfectly. As soon as we sat out server was immediately over even though she had a full section. Wing house should take a page out of the competitions book because you will fail at your location if you continue to have mess ups such as this. We will never be back and will spread the word around. Unless something changes. I was and am upset that a place I once Loved and enjoyed has declined so much.
