Evelyn, no you cannot buy the book from the library. Occasionally the library system has Book Sales, but at this time it's only at Beale Library. even then there is hardly a chance that the book you like will be for sale, because it's mostly books that people have donated, or books that the librarians have weeded from the shelves because they have not been checked out in ages, or they are falling apart. If I were you, I would Google the book you like by title. Amazon always has books, but other websites do also, and sometimes you can find a used copy for super cheap.
