They offer two methods: freezing (nitrogen), or burning (electric needle). Either process is covered by insurance. What is not covered is a chemical peel, which is sometimes used to fade scars after either process is used over large area, such as your back, your chest or your neck. Some people have dozens and dozens of tags or moles that need removal. Think what is cosmetic and what is needed. Tags and moles can turn into skin cancer, so removing them is part of a healthy overall regimen. Anything done only to LOOK better, would not be covered. Hope that answers your questions.
This information is false. Insurance does not cover removal of skin tags.
I have lots of brown/black moles and would like the small ones frozen off and several larger raised ones removed...most are not real big except one or two about a half inch wide. If both your parents had moles, is there a chance they will grow back or I will get more? My dad had them really bad on his back in a dense cluster and some on his face.
Depends on insurance and I believe there's 2 ways of removal cream and laser
