Yes but it also depends on how long the pickup and trailer is
There are plenty of places within 1/2 mile of the beach, if need be, but unless you're a hang glider Marina Beach is one of the coldest & windy (if not the coldest & most windy) beachs on the Monterey Peninsula! Moved here in 1982 and it's always been that way. Also has the strongest rip currents & undertoes. Carmel can be pretty cold too but the white sands beach is pretty much unmatched and great for sunsets. Carmel has oversized parking on Junipero & Ocean Ave. (SW corner). It's a nice hike coming back to the parking area because it's uphill but take your time & enjoy the window shopping!
If it's a really nice day parking can be incredibly tight no matter how long your trailer is overcast day should be fine
You can also separate the two and park the trailer in a long spot and then park your truck in another spot close by. That's how I did it.
