The Lovelace facility accepts small amounts of paint (5 gallons or less) from County residents for recycling. Paint should not be placed in the trash. For larger quantities, you can take this material to the Household hazardous Waste Facility by the Stockton Airport during normal operating hours. Disposal for residents is FREE. I don't think you can but they do have a place you can dump paint for free in stockton off airport you can look it up they also take airasol and chemicals I believe
