Fran, sorry to hear of your condition, I suggest calling the In-Shape office and making an appointment or tell them about your condition. I know that if your doctor requires you to do your exercises 3 times a week In-Shape does have programs in place for sometimes for free, but again, But like I mentioned, call In-Shape First ask what you need to get from your doctor, then have your doctor set you up with a Pre-Scription.
