Since new manager assistant came Jazmín. I've seen a lot of improvements. I even have seen cleaning the floors of the locker room on her knees. They are making sure the gym is clean. It was very bad even during months after they reopened for the pandemic. Ill just suggest more zumba and yoga classes at evenings. And to clean the steam room either mornings or after gym is close. Many of us like to use it before going bed but the custodian shuts it off 30 mins before they close ☹️

Can you please lower the chlorine content in the hot tub? Or clean it with more fresh water. Last time I went in the water was pretty dirty. This time it was burning my eyes so bad I had to get out.

Locker room and bathroom /showers are generally dirty, it takes them forever to repair equipment, the steam room has been out for a month.
There is a cold tank for a single person.
The In shape app?? For android, I downloaded of Google play store
As far as I know the pool and hot tub are drained at least monthly but I am not 100% positive. I haven't had this issue and I use the pool almost 7 days a week. Also I'm not sure about the bathroom and showers comment but the men's locker rooms are clean, and are also the cleanest locker rooms in town that I am aware of
