How often is the indoor pool drained and cleaned? Also, why isn't there a rule to restrain hair? I seem to run into strands and clumps of hair and it gets caught in my toes and fingers.

As far as I know the pool and hot tub are drained at least monthly but I am not 100% positive. I haven't had this issue and I use the pool almost 7 days a week. Also I'm not sure about the bathroom and showers comment but the men's locker rooms are clean, and are also the cleanest locker rooms in town that I am aware of

Gross don't swim there. The bathrooms and showers are moldy too.
