How often do you have Mariachi’s playing?
They have a few Vegetarian options, maybe even vegan- but I highly doubt it. Beans are usually made with some type of meat, usually pork... chicken stock is most likely used in a lot of things...lots of cheese products (that could be left off any dish) but because this is a Mexican restaurant, I highly doubt (I could be mistaken) that the beans, rice, refried beans and other Mexican "staple" dishes are ONLY made with vegetable broth or water alone. You could always call and ask for specifics :)
I believe that some items on the vegetarian menu are vegan, and others can be made that way. The enchiladas saute, for example, lists the cheese as optional.
They do not have a Vegan menu, but they do have a vegetarian menu. The beans are vegan as they are not made with lard. And any of there vegetarian options can be made Vegan by skipping the cheese
