Franklin ranch in elk grove is good
I do not use pets mart for boarding. In Sacramento I use Sacramento Pet resort on Power Inn road. They are great there and prices are awesome compare to other places.
Petsmart in elk grove has no pet hotel but there is on in Folsom and Dublin
