3 was tough. Times are hard. The nachos looked very 7-11 AmPm mini-martish. I say looked because I didn't taste them. Could have gotten ground beef on top. Again, notice how I say Could have.

Very safe and respectable.

When did Cilantros close? There's still a sign on the street corner advertising breakfast burritos, but the store is converting to a Mountain Mikes.

Yes that location closed, but they moved right next to Jamba juice over by panda Express at the corner, so they didn't move very far.
