My female had 2 still born puppies and has not pushed out the placentas yet, there are still puppies moving in her stomach, should we take her to an emergency vet or is this normal after stillborn births?

Probably best to take her in just I'm case. It probably won't be cheap but it's better than dead.

I would take her in for her safety. There may be a puppy lodged that she can't push out .
