Beware of any surveys you complete. Management takes it out of context and posts it as a great review and will upload it to FB or Google. You will call maintenance all the time you are here, and may compliment their work. But it has nothing to do with the fact this complex is falling apart and you get an annual rent increase of approx 10 percent.

These places are beat up and you will be submitting lots of maintenance requests. Then, as your reward once your lease is up, expect an approx 10 percent rent increase which does not include all the extras you pay tacked onto your rent. Don't unpack, just prepare to move on.
