Pearl creek apartments are quiet and beautiful inside and outside. The salt water pool is my favorite part of the community. I also like how they collect trash. Finally, the wood floors inside the apartment are the most important reason why I chose this complex. My personal thanks to Eve for her professionalism and help.

I have been visiting a family member at these apartments for a little under a year. I have been harassed multiple times when I was out taking my dog to the bathroom. A middle aged man yelled from his balcony asking if I was going to pickup after my dog, telling me he was going to sit there and watch me as I do, which made me extremely uncomfortable as I do not live there. Management is also very delayed in responding to any form of complaint.
