You would actually have to Google the restaurant and see if the have anything listed and if not actually use the phone and call them personally to ask them yourself. You could try open table and see if they are taking reservations and that night be an indicator if they are open. However they may be fully booked and that might be why can't book, so I would just directly call them. It's always best.
