Yes. It does contain wheat. However they have a Wonderful flour free Chocolate Cake that is my New Favorite. Give it a try!
Call the restaurant
You would need to contact the restaurant directly and not ask a general Google question to Google guides. The restaurant would know precisely. I've had the souffles many times and they are excellent. Highly recommend.
