Hi Tom. We really don't make anything gluten free. We are a bread bakery, so gluten is prevalent. We do make a few items that are made without flour, like our flourless chocolate cookies. If you are just sensitive to gluten instead of allergic, we recommend our breads that have a long fermentation. Long-fermented doughs are often tolerated well by people with mild gluten sensitivity.
