I ordered the Oreo Cake for my birthday this weekend and it was absolutely delicious! I loved the flavors and whipped cream frosting. It was incredible! We even ate the leftovers the next morning. I will absolutely be ordering from here for all our celebrations big and small!

Thanks for the question. We have been open during the entire pandemic, so we have lots of experience with the ever-changing Covid protocols. The SF Department of Public Health is really working well and working with us to keep everyone safe. We follow their guidelines to the letter and adapt when they change them. There are WAY TOO MANY protocols to name them here, but you will see a posting in our window of the current ones. The highlights are: a very limited number of guests in the bakery at a time to allow 6 feet social distancing, masks required, barriers between guests and staff, and sanitizing of the POS equipment after each use.

Thanks for your question. We are not a Kosher Bakery nor do we make sponge cake. Our Passover specialties are flourless chocolate cake and flourless fruit tart and macaroons. Happy Passover!

Hi Tom. We really don't make anything gluten free. We are a bread bakery, so gluten is prevalent. We do make a few items that are made without flour, like our flourless chocolate cookies. If you are just sensitive to gluten instead of allergic, we recommend our breads that have a long fermentation. Long-fermented doughs are often tolerated well by people with mild gluten sensitivity.
Hi Deborah, We do not have a fryer, so we don't make donuts. We hand-make all our pastries here every morning, so we hope you come in for a croissant or scone someday! -Mary Gassen
