If I pay every month and work out and want to take a shower after I work out can I shower at the sunrise planet fitness?

Yes. They are very clean bathroom/showers.

I like the layout of the Sunrise PF, a lot. Mens' locker room and showers are very clean. Water at Sunrise location was "brisk." ;-)
