How can I get a video from Lowe’s when the police department doesn’t want to bother and my insurance either after I was hit in my vehicle what do I do can someone help ?

I'd contact Lowe's security as suggested.

Try to file a delayed accident report..If your able to file & obtain a police report number, contact Lowe's Security, say you have case # & to please review surveillance footage. If license plate on video ask Lowe's to make a copy of video then call non emergency # 937-8377 to pick up video & let yor ins know.
