How do they accommodate those who need special accommodations for standing room only shows but who are not wheelchair bound. Just can't stand for long periods.

Limited ADA seating is available at the venue You're usually required to request seating for the area when you purchase your tickets.Your best bet is to arrive when the door's open, and ask about availability. There is a very limited amount of seating available on the main floor and balcony as well.

They have a section you can buy tickets for next to the stage where it's roped off and can sit.
