I have a petition going online for storage companies to have much more accountability for storage robberies. My 3 storages were robbed in different places. Its a big epidemic. Please go onto facebook, type in charlotte west petition and it will come up for you to sign. I asking everyone to sign it, because these storage companies have no accountability and its their fault 99 percent of the time.I'm going to send it to the Attorney General for California to have laws changed on this. As of now, you can't win in Small Claims because you basically have to catch the crook in the act for it to be enough evidence to win the case. You'll also find that the BBB, Federal Trade Commission, and every consumer reporting agency will tell you they don't deal with this kind of business., which really makes me angry, because we have no protection against these kind of companies at all for their negligence and irresponsibility or unit defects or poor design of inside unit, that causes you to be robed

I wouldn’t be surprised because they have people living in the rv’s, trailers and actual storage units. I personally have seen it and it blew me away.
