Is anyone else having trouble getting through by phone? I've called multiple times in the past two days, and regardless of the extension I ask for, all I get is a phone ringing on and on and on... its impossible to reach a live person

Update-- called again and was on hold for 20 MINUTES to ask ONE QUESTION!! This is AWFUL customer service.

Could be a problem with the telephone server and the staff are not aware that calls are not getting thru.
